Who am I??

002

Give up?? It is my Amorphophallus konjac  better known as a Voodoo Lily. It is also what you call a miracle – I thought it was dead, gone forever, but about a week ago I noticed a little growth and this morning this is what I saw.   I am so excited it came back!! I wonder if it will get this big:

voodool3Doubt it – no that is not me.  Even though if you look real fast it looks like me – funny.

I finally finished May’s block from Dorothy Baker’s free BOM Sweet Nostalgia. I love the eggs!!007

I also finished up block 6 Sorena Seahorse of the Willowberry Designs free BOM.   Sorena SeahorseI have also been doing some secret work. Cannot say what it is but some designer I know is coming out with some cute patterns this year.  They are very cute, I have been helping out a little. Don’t ask me what it is or who it is – I will not tell – but be prepared for some awesome stuff!!!

All for now – I am off for an end of year party at Alice’s class. Should be sleeping but she really wants me to go!! So off I go!

Man, I just looked at that picture again – I really do look like that chic in the picture!!! Spooky!

I saw one of those on someone else's post a while back. It was in a green house or botanical garden somewhere. Seems is only blooms every so many years. Yours is looking good. I can see why it got the name that it did.

I downloaded some BOM patterns a while back having to do with sewing. One was an old sewing machine...I went into my documents to look for them and now they are gibberish. Guess that is encoded...I wish I had them, back.

Thanks for stopping by Mama Bear!! That is too bad about the patterns - I have not had that happen - but I usually print right away - I have just recently started to just save them - but now that you say that I guess I will keep printing!!

WOW... That picture does resemble you. My first thought was I don't remember taking that picture when we saw them at the nursery! Could it be this is your universe double!?!? As always, love your work.

Bad girl taunting your readers with only hints of what's to come... Hugs

I know Janet - everytime I look at it - I wonder if I ever stood next to one of those and someone took my picture!!
