A trip in town!

I finished up the last of this load of elves last night. Stayed up a little later than what I had hoped and still didn’t get started on the new Sweet Meadows Farm pattern I wanted to do. And darn it, I just remembered I needed to get something for the pattern at the store.

Here is the new crew:

I decided to make the Jack Frost pillow a hanging pillow:009

I took a trip to Joann's today because I have been getting coupons from them like crazy and I never seem to get them. So I thought I would use them, no reason to let them go to waste!

I picked up some Christmas presents and also a couple for me. You know I love books. I had pre-ordered this one on Amazon before it came out but then cancelled it before I got it.  I was trying to be good, so much for that! It was half off!  Is that not the cutest reindeer quilt!

I also picked this one up – it has the cutest applique’s. Tree skirts, wall hangings, etc. I love snowmen, I use to collect them until they started getting out of control. I particularly like the little squirrel on the fence.

Well I am off to play “Elf”, need to do inventory of the Christmas gifts!!

Have a great weekend and don’t forget to find a little stitching time!!!

The elves are very nice, I liked.
Joan The store is fantastic. Both times I went to USA I have visited and makes me crazy patchwork that everyone has. I am glad that you visit this shop whenever you want. Take it.

Thanks for joining my blog. Your elves are Super Cute! Joann Fabrics is my favorite store . . . I always go with a batch of coupons too. Who can resist books at 50% off.

Your elves came out great and I bet you have already looked at every page in the books. I know I do that with cookbooks. When I do that Don calls it my fantasy reading...lol...
